We are a parent participation, co-op preschool offering a
unique opportunity for child development.
Our teachers, equipment, curriculum, and time structure are
well designed for children from birth to five years.
Our Philosophy
We believe that each child is an unique individual.
We also know that children develop at different
times and grow and change at varied rates. We
understand that children move into new stages of
growth and development only when they are ready.
Our program is designed to meet each child at their
own development level and allows each child to
procede at their own rate.
Our Parents' Roles
Our parents enjoy the unique opportunity of working
in the classroom with their child as well as
attending Parent Education. In our program you will
find caring, educated, empathetic instructors who
see their jobs not as teachers, but as coaches.
Other parents are a great resource, therefore we
encourage our members to share their parenting
successes and challenges with each other.
Our Parent Educators
Jane McCarry
is the parent educator working with the Red, Orange,
Green, and Blue classes. She has over 20 years of
experience as a parent education instructor working
for co-op preschools in the area.
Barbara Schroeder
is the parent educator working with the White, Yellow,
and Purple classes. She too has over 20 years of
experience working in co-op preschools.
